This massage gun is really easy to use, relatively quiet and fits together in a small carry bag. It comes with 5 different detachable heads for different muscle areas and has 5 different speed settings (see video). My legs were aching from an intense workout so I used the gun on only my left leg to see what difference it made. Instantly the muscles felt less tight as if I hadn’t exercised. The next morning, however, is when I could really notice the difference, my right leg felt fatigued even whilst putting my shoes on and especially when I exercised again, whereas my leg felt loose. I would definitely recommend this product, not only is it compact for travel if you needed but it provides instant relief from sore muscles. I exercise daily and often have to push through soreness, now I have this device I feel optimistic that I can push even harder through my workouts
