The packaging is good. The product is extremely excellent! It is more of compressing your muscles more than a massage – which for me is more suitable as I always have muscle pain. It is not hard to use but for sure a home use and not for outside due to the wires connected to the pad. But overall, I am very satisfied.

If your in the mood of do it your self or you have someone to help you then it’s good other wise get a smaller one .
